“I finally got to use my Phantom Sound Suppressor over the weekend. I have it on an IMI Lone Eagle .308 single shot pistol. I worked up some subsonic loads consisting of 220 gr. round nose at 1020 fps. I was absolutely blown away by the almost total lack o noise. I heard a smal “puff” then I heard the ping of the bullet when it hit the metal target 100 yds away. To give you an exact description of the sound... it sounded like someone opened up a shook up soda can... matter of fact I think the soda can would probably be louder. I will recommend YHM to anyone who asks me about suppressors.”
