The popular Phantom Flash Suppressor has been redesigned to work as a muzzle brake and compensator. This 5 port design has no downward facing port which helps eliminate dust signature when shooting in the prone position. The 5M1 keeps the aggressive front end for use in hand to hand situations, while the 5M2 features a smooth "No Snag" design. These products do not reduce the flash signature of the firearm.installation is available for all YHM products onto your rifle. Some restrictions apply, call for details.

Muzzle device length is 2.225" w/.155" crush washer - 2.38". Length added to barrel is 1.755" (on barrels with 0.6" threads).

    Plenty of value at low cost

    I just topped of an Aero build with this muzzle device. One thing I can say for certain is that if you’re looking to reduce muzzle rise and sway for faster follow up shots then this is the best bang for your buck. Speaking of bangs, this is loud. How loud you ask? Put your head halfway down your barrel on your standard A2 flash hider and that’s about what you get with this. Now normally with loud comps you get plenty of flash but this is slim to non on that front which was interesting to me. No blinding bright flashes. All in all I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking to level out the front of your gun and make it more flat shooting over all.

    This thing shoots flat as can be with my 16" .223 wylde. The comp and climb is amazing for such an inexpensive part. I'm absolutely stoked with it!

    Best bang for your buck on a muzzle brake. Perfect blend of recoil mitigation and muzzle rise without being overly loud and obnoxious. 16” rifles shoot very flat with this brake, which is why we pin and weld them on our MA compliant builds as the standard.
