This gas block replaces your existing front sight and provides a picatinny rail on the same plane as your flat top AR receiver. It clamps to the barrel using 3 Allen screws. This gas block has a bore diameter of .936 inches for bull barrels.

Manufactured from aluminum and finished with a matte black anodize. Made in the U.S.A.

Right part at the right time.

Needed a method to attach BUIS to a special made Remington 870 barrel 36 inches long. The barrel measured 1.002 OD and after boring the ID there was plenty of metal remaining. Only problem was I had to use one of your risers on top of a picatinny receiver mount to co -witness the rear sight with the front. Thank you for having the parts I needed to finish this build.
