These unique forearms feature diamond-shaped heat vents, an extended top rail for gap-free installation, and “T” marked rails to mark accessory locations, they accept our end caps and utilize our anti-rotation screws for secure installation. The forearms and barrel nuts are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and hard-coated to military specifications. The jam nut and anti-rotation screws are steel and plated with a matte black finish to match.

Both a Midlength as well as a Specter length forearm will hide a Carbine length gas system built with our low profile gas block, YHM-9383 or YHM-9384.  If you do not use our gas blocks, or you want more detailed specifications  click here

    I like YHM stuff so I decided to try this handguard despite the fact that there is not much info online about it.... It's rock solid and works great. Not gonna come loose. This is a handguard you could trust your life with in my opinion. It's a great product!
