About the YHM muzzle brake blast shield

YHM designed this QD Blast Deflector to work with multiple YHM QD muzzle devices. The QD Blast Deflector locks on just like a YHM Suppressor. The Mechanism is fast, positive and virtually impossible to disengage accidentally. The YHM-3130 is designed to fit the following QD Mounts:

  • YHM-3102’s
  • YHM-4302’s
  • YHM-5M2-QD
  • YHM-4315
  • YHM-3102-1MB
  • YHM-3109-1MB

The YHM-3130 will not fit:

  • YHM-3702's
  • YHM-3802'S
  • YHM-9923's
  • YHM-9853's

    Just what I was looking for

    I had no idea YHM made these. I was in the market for one after my wife pointed out some uncomfortable people that were in the lane next to me when shooting my AR. (Normally who cares, it's a gun range right?) But they were older. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look for something. I didn't want to remove my flash hider because I have a suppressor. When I Googled devices, this was the first one to pop up. Now if I don't want to shoot suppressed, I can still shoot without all the concussion and don't have to change muzzle devices and as always, this thing is YHM ROBUST. Good price and great quality. Very pleased.

    I am a part-time machinist. I could not make this myself for what YHM charges. Good quality and works as described.

    Simple, Functional, Quality

    I have the older version with the milled intersecting lines, but functionally it is the same. I have a can that's recessed into the handguard on my 300blk. With this deflector, I'm still able to shoot it even if the can is on another firearm. It's machined very well, quality deep black meloniting, locks solidly into place and keeps the muzzle blast away from my support hand. If you have the need for a blast deflector, don't hesitate to buy this one!

    I like how this device performs so much that I purchased a couple more and use them in place of thread protectors on all Phantom QD Mounts.
